The Effect of Time on the Rate of Bacteria Growth on Cooked Chicken Breasts at Room Temperature
I attended culinary classes in Spring 2025. For my food safety class, I wrote this paper for my final project. It included research into the effects of cooking and holding food at improper temperatures and my own experiment with the same subject.
I received a 100% for my paper and my professor asked if she could use it as an example for future students. Her feedback is to the right.
